Microsoft made a very bold statement the other day, saying their product "Kinect" motion sensing hardware for the Xbox 360 will report the largest hardware sale in history. They are reporting to have larger sales than the iPad, Ha. The company is hoping to sell more than 3 million units by the holiday season; and that this is larger than the anticipation of the Xbox 360.
I'm not sure why they are thinking all of this. I mean when you first heard of the new xbox coming out; the news was absolutely everywhere. I don't know about you, but I rarely see news about the Kinect. Maybe I'm just out of the loop.
