Steve Cowan gave new meaning to “rage against the machine” when he sat down after dinner to watch “Dancing With The Stars” with his wife. Moments after Bristol Palin took the floor Cowan went berserk, grabbed a double-barrel shotgun and blasted his television to high hell.
